“Collateral damages” won the Special Jury Award at the
2003 Silverdocs / AFI Discovery Film Festival and was released
theatrically. “The First 24 Hours” was an official
selection at the 2002 Sundance Film Festival, MOMA New Directors
/ New Films. It aired on HBO, TF1 and European networks. “The
Lazy man’s Zen aired on Discovery Channel and Arte. Sauret
recently completed camerawork for the 2005 Sundance Grand Jury
Prize winner “Why We Fight,” directed byEugene Jarecki.
He is currently in production for “The Shulgin Project”
and a TV pilot.

Sebastian is the Director of Release (www.release.org.uk), the

1967. In 2004 Sebastian started DTL (www.dtl.co.uk) to provide
decent and accessible healthcare for drug addicts. An expert on
illicit drug trade socio-economics, Sebastian gives specialist
evidence in UK law courts and accompanies senior government representatives
on international delegations. Sebastian has overseen the production
of ground-breaking drug information films and has recently brought
his extensive knowledge and expertise in the field to the development
of feature length documentary projects.
